"I was afraid to bring someone out because last time the tech said the furnace needed replacing and he was positive that carbon monoxide was leaking. I got a meter & checked all over the house and there was no leakage. So, had not furnace cleaned for a few years because of that situation. Recently the furnace was making strange noises and ; I chose Richard as his profile said he likes to work on old furnaces and does not recommend replacing unless it is necessary. Richard cleaned checked the furnace. He checked for carbon monoxide leaking & said all was good. We ended up with a reasonable cleaning/checking fee and the furnace does not need replacing. Our furnace is 33 years old!!!"

"first jim needem was so professional, caring about my water situation. he immediately called me back and set up a service for a sunday. Ben came and i can not say enough about his patience,professionalism, caring and was so helpful with my situation. He took the time to educate us and help us understand the system. He checked all points of our water in our house. he also had some suggestions for the future which we will do. this company also has a person to extract water thru my insurance for my carpet. He left nothing out. His expertise and honesty was amazing. I hope everyone who reads this will use this company. If there were 20 stars they would definitely get them.
