However, as that company no longer installed that manufacturer, they refused to honor the warranty, and I had to find someone else to help; enter Minnesota Plumbing & Heating. Instead of charging me more money to re-diagnose the issue, I was put on the phone with Paul, who took me at my word, answered all of my questions and set up service to replace the old leaking heater including installing a disaster pan. Technician determined the blower motor was dead and replaced it as well as looked over the AC unit itself. Cost of parts was standard and cost of labor was very reasonable. Was treated very well in a time of desperation."
