"Glenn Julian, the owners son, arrived within the expected time window. He allowed me to watch as he explained the various tests of the air conditioning that he was doing and he also described some of the previous experiences he has had with air conditioning systems. He seemed very knowledgeable and experienced. He finished the air conditioning maintenance check within one hour. "I needed a tune up for my two heat pumps/heat function. ! was very happy with Nikki in the front office . She was very helpful and with Wes the technician who discovered a capacitor in one of the units that was about to fail. He installed a new one in a very professional manner. I was very impressed with the employee's and their attitude and will continue to use SPOOR to repair or service my heat pump heating or cooling problems."
