I am a jack of trades independent contractor/ handyman with 10+ years experience. I am not a licensed plumber, licensed electrician, or licensed roofer. With that said it's easier to just tell you the things that I don't do. I do not do drain work, I do not replace electrical lines or panel boxes, I do not replace plumbing lines which includes water and gas, and I do not replace roofs. Aside from that I can do everything else, and have the tools to do so.

He never tried to sell me unnecessary parts. He explained all the parts on my furnace and made it understandable. I am very pleased with my warm home. "I am so happy that I decided to hire Rich to install my new a/c and furnace. I had called another company to give me a quote and decided to call Rich as well. Rich came out the same day and quoted me $2k less than the other company WITH a better furnace and a/c! During install my son let the cat in the room where my furnace was being installed, while Rich was outside, and my cat ran into the duct and we did not know. After my furnace was finished being installed Rich noticed my cat had snuck inside. Even though this set him back an hour, because he had to take it apart and then put it back together to get the cat out, he did not let me pay him extra or even seem upset by it. "Chris was very professional and showed up at the appointment right on time. The estimate he quoted was right about what I thought it was going to cost. The total price exceeded the quote but that was because we had a part replaced that was still good per Chris but since the part was 15 years old we decided to avoid any future problems and had him replace it anyway. It took him a little over 4 hours to complete the repair but my air/heat pump was put back in factory condition and according to Chris should not give us any problems for years to come. Good job!"
