And the team worked tirelessly, without stopping until the job was finished. We were happy to have them in our home. These are genuinely good people. Our old boiler was past the point of being dangerous. Smoke filled the basement every time it came on. Anyone could see that we were in an emergency position and had no choice but to replace the old system. Some companies Iâ ve dealt with in the past would have taken advantage of our situation. But not Williams! The price for our new high efficiency heating system was very â veryâ reasonable. "Brian came to my home and did quality service work. He was very thorough with everything that was completed and I was very pleased with the quality of service. The only reason I would give him an A- for is because he replaced a glass mirror in the bathroom, but left the glass in a closet. I had to then take the glass out myself which caused it to break.
