"We could not be happier with choosing Unique Indoor Comfort for our new HVAC system. We found this company by being referred by a client of my husbands. The original duct work in our house was extremely undersized, over working our unit and not creating good airflow to reach the third floor of our town home. Reni came out to our home, and took the time to explain to me options with Unique to really make our new HVAC unit/system efficient and comfortable temperatures in our house. I really appreciated his kindness and patience with me with all my questions. Unique was able to get us scheduled within a week or finalizing the contract, just in time in end of April when the first heat wave hit. It has been almost two months now since Henry and Matt installed our new HVAC system (they both were friendly and did an excellent job) and we are truly enjoying it. With a new baby in the house, it is a relief to have this new unit and ability to cool down our house quickly and efficiently. I know it is a lot interviewing and getting quotes from different HVAC companies - it is a big investment. This company truly stood out for us and were able to work with our budget and our needs for our home. They were the only company who proposed how we could add an additional vent to allow more airflow, and to redo the duct work to the proper sizing for our house and up to code. "Valentino from Value Temp came to our house the SAME day! And this was in the middle of a 90-degree heat wave. He diagnosed the problem with our air conditioner that same day and fixed it, all in less than an hour. Their price was reasonable and one of the lowest I could find. "It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. "George was great! He got in touch with me right away, came out the same day to assess an issue with a broken gas valve, gave me a very reasonable quote, and scheduled to do the work on a day that was good for me. He came exactly when he said he would and the work was completed in a couple of hours. His communication was excellent throughout the entire process, start to finish.
