"Ross, the owner, was very professional and responsive. We had to replace a shorted circuit board in the furnace, caused by mice in the ac chewing wires. "Woke up with no heat on a VERY cold morning! Called All Phase Mechanical and they were able to send someone out, replace the inducer motor and got the furnace running fine the same day.
