"There is never a good time for a hot water heater to go, and in my case it was the Friday before a long 4th of July weekend. A lightning strike sent a surge that ended up causing some issues to my tankless hot water heater and this unit was less than a year old and installed by Cellino. A tech was sent out the next day and unfortunately the Supplier needed to be contacted to help diagnose the problem and make sure it was covered under warranty.
