"Had a relay burnout in the air handler on a Saturday causing the unit to run in a continuous heating mode. The only way to turn it off was to throw all the related circuit breakers. Jason skipped dinner with his family to analyze the problem and devise a workaround until a replacement part could be located and obtained. Once he had the part he quickly replaced it and inspected the remaining system to ensure everything was in proper working order. His price was much less than expected especially being called out on a weekend evening. He was pleasant, professional, and thorough.
