"Huft Home Services replaced my regular HVAC company when the owners retired. Comfort Master had installed my system in 1995 so we had a 25-year personal relationship. Ed and Donna were still using hardcopy records. When I called Huft on May 12 and talked with Elizabeth, we were able to confirm and establish the status of my ongoing services. We discussed the 2 different areas of work needed, HVAC regular maintenance and an urgent plumbing service for a leaking irrigation valve system. We scheduled the irrigation repair quickly, but I was very disappointed to discover that the repair person was unable to do that work and found out that Huft actually did not work on irrigation. Fortunately I was able to find a provider who came out the next day and did exceptional work – I highly recommend Authentic Landscape/Salvador Gallardo for that work. However, rather than make a complaint, I figured I'd wait to see how the HVAC service went. That appointment was scheduled for a couple weeks later. Anthony was fantastic. He called to let me know he was running late from his previous job. Maybe it was just because I wasn't up on current services, but I am highly impressed that he was able to take many photos of my system and his work – and instantly email them and my invoice to me! He went over in great detail the status of the equipment and anticipation of potential repairs needed over time along with likely cost estimates. We also discussed possible replacements for when I decided I was ready for a new unit. I will certainly continue my maintenance with Huft, and not just because I'm prepaid for a couple more years of biannual services."

He came out a week later to give the split system a complete cleaning and winter tune up a week later. He is very professional and takes care to ensure cleanliness and uses non toxic product. "Threw a part on Saturday with about 30 people over. Overuse of the facilities caused the plumbing to back up into the bath tubs and such on Sunday. Called and got a next day appointment after the backed up water started to subside. Plumber arrived within window and receive the 1hr heads up call as was explained. Plumber lived locally and understood construction methods on this old development, explained that most didn't have what is now reuqired, an outdoor two-way cleanout. Explained he would first attempt to locate one using a camera system before going through the expense of instaling one. Performed all digging and installation quickly, showing work progress at each stage. Once installed ran rooting tool and then ran camera with me present to show the condition of the line and where the problem points were further down with roots."
