He got back to me quickly, understanding the importance of our household of 5 relying on not just comfort, but safety as well, and said he could squeeze me in the same day between appointments. He arrived at 9 am, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the broken $30 part. He is handling the warranty paperwork as well. In a time of huge businesses that treat you like a transaction, it's nice to see a company that exudes the hometown feel while still maintaining a high level of professionalism. It's like the old family doctor who you can get to know and who will take the time to explain the issue and make proper recommendations.
