"7/30/19 contacted Home Advisor for a plumber referral because plumber we were using could not resolve the issue. Tom Brady called within five minutes of me submitting the inquiry. I forwarded information regarding the air switch error code, so he could research the issue for our condensing boiler. He followed up with NTIs Tech Support to fully understand the error code and possible solutions. We set up an appointment for 8/8 for him to assess the system. The first thing he did was check the air intake for obstruction and found a honeycomb nest. The previous plumber said there was no need to check the intake so never checked. He assessed the system, identified parts to be replaced, and set up an appointment to return to install parts and recharge the system with glycol anti-freeze which the previous plumber did not do. 8/21- Tom returned, installed parts, checked and adjusted the CO2 (which the previous plumber could not do because he did not have the tool), recharged the system, and advised our 15-year-old boiler was in good shape and did not need to be replaced. This was a relief given the previous plumber suggested it did need to be replaced. We are thrilled with Toms service and highly recommend him. He is thorough in his research and demonstrated he is a highly skilled plumber in analyzing/repairing our system. Since he completed the work we have on-demand hot water every time we called for it."

"If You are looking for a plumber or heating technician STOP RIGHT HERE!!! There is not enough space on the internet to describe the disaster that happened to me. Keith came to my rescue where others had failed and left me suffering for months. He showed up at my door like you expect professionals to do. I literally sent a message at 7 a.m. one day and he was at my house by 9 a.m. my problems were mounting quicker than I could solve them. Keith's calm and stable demeanor calmed me down. He listened as I spoke he help assess and diagnose my problems, and I do mean problems plural. He started working on my problems the very next day, where others left me hanging for weeks. There was a gas leak in my house that both the gas company and two furnace technicians missed and was literally making my little family sick. I followed his advise as extreme as it sounded and everyone is safe and healthy today because of his experience and his great ability to listen! I can not say enough good things about my experience with Blue Boxer Keith and co. are my plumbers and friends for life now. The technicians are just as equally wonderful as he is Trevor and Aaron are kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable. I'll tell you....you could not pay me enough to do what these guys did for me. It is no joke when you see the truck and it says "as loyal as your best friend", again this is no exaggeration. They stuck by me in a manor no other company showed me. They actually fixed what other plumbers had thoughtlessly thrown together then ran off with my money. So if you are hesitant about what maybe at the other end of making a phone call to call in a plumber, DO NOT HESITATE HERE!!!!! if there where 10 stars I'd give them 20! But there are only 5 which is not enough in this case!!!!!!!!"
