"Antoine and his Service Specialist were very polite and pleasant. Diagnosed on Tuesday and repaired on Wednesday. Nice and honest guys! Prompt service, also called ahead before coming out. "The Sharp/Long team members are professional, hard working and concerned that the job is done right. We needed work done on an older home that needed specific things done to improve the efficiency of the heating/cooling system. Not only has our comfort increased tenfold, but our utility bills have decreased substantially. We were extremely pleased with their original work, and they are diligent about continuing to tweak the system as needs arise. "I've had One Hour out for new furnace/AC as well as a new humidifier and am a member of their annual service plan. My Furnace & AC install went very smoothly and the service was outstanding. My old ECM blower died. They were kind enough to loan me one during the heat of the summer between the diagnosis and the new install at no additional cost. They use Amana units (which unlike other vendors in KC, anyone is allowed to service them). The new unit works great. My old humidifier died not long after (both solenoid and saddle valve broke) and they came out within a day to replace it. Noticed some problems with the new unit after they had left, and they were out within 3 hours of me calling to fix it. Their service is bar-none - techs are very polite, clean, and do a great job. Highly recommend!"

"Josh came over looked over everything and explained all our options and we chose high efficiency variable furnace 96 so installed 3inch pvc pipe for exhaust and one for fresh air to come in. Looks GREAT. Put in a variable air conditioner unit and leveled it out new pipes and so forth looks GREAT, installed New water Heater with no problems and made it to code which is GREAT, installed an April Air 600 humidifier and an iwave air scrubber to help with family allergies and 4 animals. Josh is a Great Guy for one and Did an AWESOME JOB ON THE INSTALL and answering any questions we had through out the process. I would Highly Recommend Josh and His Company Air-Max Heating & Cooling in Olathe Ks"

"Kyle came to give me an estimate. He was personable, very professional, listened to my needs and answered my questions, made some suggestions and gave me a fair estimate. I scheduled the job with Josie, on the phone, and she was also very professional and reassuring. Luke and Ryan came to prep and install blow-in insulation the following week. Both of these young men were very personable, answered my questions and explained what they were going to do. They finished the job within 2 hours and cleaned up very well. I would highly recommend this company and personable staff to get the job done right. My house is much warmer now, after they added 6” of Premium Grade insulation, and I hope to save some money on my heating bill. I am an extremely satisfied customer!!"

"Prior to calling Bob, we had several guys come in to give us estimates. Bob's estimate was by far the best and the work he did was top quality. He and his guys moved my existing furnace to a new location int he basement and installed a new AC. They also moved the hot water heater. I am very pleased with his service. They were prefessional and respectful. Bob is a straight shooter. Absolutely no BS! I will be using him for ALL of my future HVAC needs. He provided an accurate estimate over email based on a number of photos and a few phone conversations which streamlined the bid process considerably.
