"We scheduled a 4 pm appointment. By 4:45, no one showed up or called to confirm their whereabouts. I had to call Metro Air and ask what was going on. The secretary said she will dispatch a technician to my house. The technician did not arrive until 5:30. He was kind and was able to fix the capacitor, which was causing the issue. About a week later, their office followed up. I told the lady that the a/c was on, but now there was another sound coming from the system. The secretary indicated that the technician would call me that day to discuss and set up a follow up visit to address the issue. No one ever called."

Given the price, name-brand OEM parts should have been used, and more than a 6-month warranty obtained."

The outside unit was iced over. I had no emergency heat. David determined that I had the wrong thermostats in my home. He quickly replaced and programmed the thermostats. He found a rusty water tray in my attic that was overflowing and rusty. The air filtration system was damaged and he is going to help me avoid a potential disastrous situation, had he not found this now. The water tray was overflowing and rusted. Mold was growing. I have heat tonight! Tomorrow or Saturday I will have a whole new system for a reasonable price. He is going to replace the tray and not charge for one of the thermostats (shhhh.). This is going to be a great experience. David is personable, explains things well and is an asset to this company. I cannot wait to get this taken care of.
