"We scheduled a 4 pm appointment. By 4:45, no one showed up or called to confirm their whereabouts. I had to call Metro Air and ask what was going on. The secretary said she will dispatch a technician to my house. The technician did not arrive until 5:30. He was kind and was able to fix the capacitor, which was causing the issue. About a week later, their office followed up. I told the lady that the a/c was on, but now there was another sound coming from the system. The secretary indicated that the technician would call me that day to discuss and set up a follow up visit to address the issue. No one ever called."

Given the price, name-brand OEM parts should have been used, and more than a 6-month warranty obtained."

The communication and openness about the problems and how to remedy them along with quoting fair pricing was exceptional and so refreshing. They could have so taken advantage of us with temps at 80° inside and kids who couldn't sleep in the heat. The Freon needed to replace what had been lost in our system was very expensive, but welcome to the consequences of the green climate change policies. They applied a Freon leak sealant kit to hopefully patch what destroyed the motor due to the loss. It was much less than spending $10K to replace the Condenser.
