"Our heater stopped working around 7 pm during the night, last Feb 2026. We had no heat for the whole night so it was really cold inside the house the next day. To our relief, Mark was able to come out the very next day in the morning. Mark checked and tested numerous devices on the furnace. I was told that I needed to replace it for over $7000 but while obtaining add'l quotes, the salesperson (Peter) from Majic Air came in and let me know the unit did not need to be replaced. The very next day I got an early morning appt and the technician (Chris) showed up on time and quickly determined it was the motor on my fan.
