"Very professional and fair with pricing. He actually answered my call on Saturday at around 5PM and was able to come out the next morning to fix my furnace. Everywhere else I called sent me to an answering service. The part needed had to be shipped and he offered to bring over space heaters in the mean time. This guy is great I will definitely call him again in the future for my heating and AC repairs."

"George was awesome - our air conditioner stopped working at noon and he was here by 2pm and got us back up and running by 3pm. Showed me it was just the capacitor and also alerted me to a potential other issue down the road and gave me a quote on it just in case. "We are very happy with the work that was done by Unique installing a new gas boiler and tying it into our 1940’s hot water heating system. The estimator Mike, took time measuring every room to be sure we get just the right size unit needed for our house. (An estimator, from another company, didn’t size all the rooms, wanted to put in a smaller boiler and at a higher cost!). The installation was painless. The work was done in one day which included removal of our old system. The new system is extremely efficient and we already have noticed significant savings on gas and electric. Great company to deal with. Would highly recommend."

On time, professional, knowledgeable, and his team is a reflection of this as well. They were always on time, on schedule, clean, and very personable.
