"We have 2 heat pumps which we have serviced every 2 years. I was going to call the company that had installed our heat pumps until a friend told me that Daveâ s Mechanical Maintenance had installed his heat pump and had done a great job. I called Daveâ s and scheduled an appointment for service. Dave Curtis came to our house on the day scheduled and he arrived on time. He was very efficient and cleaned and service both units. One unit had not been functioning at full efficiency but Dave diagnosed and fixed the issue in no time. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
