"After signing up with Servicepro, I was on the phone with Horizon within 10 minutes. This was about 9:30 PM. They offered to come and fix the problem he next morning (day before Thanksgiving) but I declined because I was going away. Anyway I scheduled a 10 am appointment for Friday November 28, 2008 and they were very prompt. The techinitian expalined the issue and my heat was up and running within the hour. "Old furnace died last winter but didn't have the money to replace at that time. Suffered through and at the beginning of this winter, AQM came to the rescue. I could see my breath in my kitchen at the beginning of December's cold snap. Spoke to AQM on a Thursday and they installed my new oil burner the following day. New furnace, new piping, new expansion tank, new flue and new thermostat. Installation crew did a tremendous job, cleaned up and removed old furnace. If it wasn't for the new furnace, I'd never have known they were there. Connie and Joe in the office were wonderful and worked with me to make sure we had heat at an affordable price. I recommend AQM to anyone needing HVAC work."

"Haller removed an old ac system and replaced it with a heat pump. The work included installing an additional return in the family room (split level home) to return air from the lowest point in the house. The crew was knowledgable, their work was neat, and they cleaned up at the end of the day. The work was completed in 2 days and the new Carrier system works great so far. Looking forward to see how it performs next fall and winter."
