The new thermostat is a bit of a challenge, but they got me started in the setup process so that I could complete it. We needed the job done ASAP and Sean was able to accommodate our request and complete the full job in a day. His crews were prompt, and seamlessly coordinated to convert our combo forced hot water and air system while creating a much tidier and well laid out integration with the new boiler and indirect water heater. After the instillation Sean checked in and came to do minor adjustments to ensure the system was dialed in to run perfectly. Bill looked at the job on Friday. I told him what another contractor me. It would be very expensive to fix and not worth it because the furnace was twenty five years old. He told me that he could replace the furnace for five thousand one hundred dollars. That was one thousand dollars cheaper that the contractor before him bid, so I told him to do it. He told me that he would do it on Sunday and he'd be back at nine o'clock. On Sunday at about 8:00 am he told me that he'd be there at about 11:00 am. Later he told that he'd be there at about 2:00 pm. Finally he arrived at about 2:30.. He was done at 5:30. After he left I realized that this furnace had the same leak. He told me that he'd be back on Monday. At about 5:30 Monday he calledl to say that he couldn't make it, but he'd be back on Tuesday. When he came back He changed the expansion tank. When I confronted him he admitted that that was all that was wrong in the first place.
