I have to say, John and Debbie made it relatively painless. They worked on my timetable and were very accommodating. Most of the technicians that installed my furnace 11 years ago are still there. Those guys are fast and efficient. AND they clean up after themselves! Which is something I can't say about the electrician, the roof people, the window replacement guys I've had to deal with. "I got prompt service when I called to have my furnace serviced & to inquire about completing installation of air conditioning. I found out my electrostatic filters were not working, so I will use disposable air filters until I need to replace my furnace. At that time, I will probably go with a heat pump system.
