After decades of flawless operation, this one stretch of triple digit temperatures was just too much to handle. With more extreme heat in the forecast, I needed help quickly. But I didn’t expect much could be accomplished over the weekend. I’m pleased to report, however, that Bosh Home Solutions was prompt, attentive, and diligent. They had a brand new dual-fuel heat pump and furnace system working by sundown on Monday. Their service was exceptional from start to finish. I found every member of the team to be responsive to my needs and concerns, good communicators, patient and thorough in their evaluation and during the installation. I am more than pleased with the outcome, and I plan to use them for regular maintenance on both HVAC systems in my home."

"Turned my furnace on, and cold air blew! Looked here on Home Advisor for a top rated pro, and called Unique. They were here within 2 days (it was not that cold out, so it was not urgent). Joe was thorough in is investigation and was kind enough to explain everything he was doing, so I understood. He did not have the part to fix it right then, so they had to order it and come back. He and Rico came back for the repair and both were very nice and knowledgeable. I feel confident with their work, and they were a pleasure to deal with. I feel the price is a little high, but they warranty their work and seem to have very skilled workers, so I think it is worth the peace of mind. Also, all the office staff on the phone were great to deal with as well."
