"Coast to Coast Heating and Air has, by far, the most professional team of experts that made the whole process comfortable and easy to understand. We had a total of 8 different companies over a 10 day period that provided us with estimates on several brands of heat pump air conditioners, including Trane, Carrier, Daiken, Lennox, Rheem, Bosch, and Tempstar. Kamil, at Coast to Coast was our last estimate that we received. When they arrived at our home, they did an extensive analysis of our current system including our ductwork, and when they were completed they took about a half hour to write up details about what was recommended. It was the most detail-oriented document that we received out of all estimates. That alone is what set them apart from all their competitors. It is what made us feel the most comfortable with choosing them to do our install. Hats off to their installers, Nico, Anthony, and James for their outstanding, professional installation that was done. They arrived at our home very early in the morning and completed everything ( Heat Pump/Air Handler replacement, and ductwork mods ) that day. They also did a great job cleaning up when the job was finished. This was the most professional install for anything I have ever witnessed. We also need to mention the back office support of this company is outstanding. Faith is taking care of registering the system for us, and also is taking care of the Duke Energy rebate for us, which is very helpful. Coast to Coast Heating and Air is top-notch and highly recommended!"

"Ken found that our AC had a lot of mold which was impacting the air flow through our ducts. He made several suggestions, cleaned the system and installed ultra violet items to mitigate the mold and keep the ducts clean. He was extremely easy to understand and showed us everything that he did. He also did a few minor fixes on our vents. I would definitely use them again."

"If you are looking for a full service HVAC company, Bill Bowers A/C and Heating is it! I rarely right reviews but felt I had to share my experience this time. We hired Bill Bowers A/C and Heating to revamp our â tiredâ 23 year old A/C and Heat Pump and to vacuum and clean all of our duct work. When we needed an estimate, Dennis (the owner) took time out on his own day off to come out and inspect our existing system. Dennis did a thorough job of inspecting everything that was needed so that he could provide as accurate of an estimate as possible. He was up in our attic several times (even fixed some duct work that needed attention; at no cost), spent a great deal of time in our mechanical closet and inspected the main returns, duct work and vents inside our home. All in all, Dennis probably spent 90+ minutes evaluating and gathering all the info he needed for the estimate while taking the additional time to thoroughly answer all the questions I had. Let me tell you, I received four estimates from other HVAC companies and none of those four estimators spent nearly the time Dennis did. When installation and tear out day arrived, Bill Bowers A/C and Heating team arrived on time, were professional, considerate, friendly, and respectful to us and our property while working hard until the job was completed. At the end of the job, the team lead walked us through everything that was done and answered all of our questions. We felt that Bill Bowers A/C and Heating had a dedicated and experienced staff who wanted nothing but to ensure our A/C and heating project was done to our complete satisfaction. We felt that they had a sincere desire to please us as a customer. We felt that their pricing was very fair and reasonable. We were very happy with all they did for us. "This was both heating and cooling install, plus replacing my UVC filtration and AC condenser. He showed the areas in my old furnace where oil and dust/ dirt had accumulated ( original to the build in 1990) Also using the wrong size filter for years. 🙃"

"He came over and inspected the system, outside and in and took the appropriate temperature readings. He removed the grate and removed my son's word cards returning them to me. He let me know my system was slowly aging, but in good condition. He was very professional and prompt. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I asked for a new thermostat because I can tell it is off. He checked and said it was a few degrees off and asked what kind I wanted. I will be having him back shortly to install a new thermostat. Very trustworthy guy. Will be using again!

"Bayside Heating & Air did an outstanding job and truly met my needs. I called Bayside because of a referral from a friend. I scheduled an appointment with them for the next day. A representative came out (on time!) to review my current system and since my duct work was original to the house, it definitely needed to be replaced. It was filled with dirt, mold, and bacteria. No wonder my sinuses were so bad! I also needed a new a/c system as well. The representative took the time and explained what current system I had and what would be best for my home as well as my health (new filtration system too!) He also reviewed the price - which was very reasonable considering the amount of work I needed. The following day, a engineer came to my home to custom design a duct system that would provide the best air flow in my home. The current duct system I had was not constructed properly so my home was not receiving enough air flow. No wonder our house was so hot! The work was completed within 2 days. "Peter from Coast to Coast H&Air installed a new Carrier Heating and cooling unit in my home last spring. It has worked flawlessly and so far my electric bills have gone down because of it. Today was the first of two scheduled maintenance appointments (no charge) for them to come out and see how the new unit has been working. The technician (JOE), performed many different tests and spent a good hour cleaning the coils as well. He showed me different things about the unit that I was completely unaware which may help me in a pinch. Joe was not only very knowledgeable and efficient at what he was doing, he was very personable while doing his job which instilled my confidence in him. I have had a lot of other technicians from Coast to Coast over the past 13 years, although they were very satisfactory at servicing my original Heating and Air conditioning unit that came with the house when I built it in 2007, none of them compared with Joe."
