We already knew what the problem was and he did not come in and try to tell us it was something else, trying to make more money off of us. He even took the time to make sure it really was the problem that we had been told. He took his time and did not rush even though it was after 6 pm. He checked other rooms to ensure they all were heating correctly. Very professional, very nice guy and his prices were VERY reasonable. "The entire process was flawless. In the proposal stage, I was given 4 options detailing prices and differences in each option in great detail. There was also an explanation of why I needed a chimney liner. We signed the contract and work was started almost immediately. I was contacted via text and email with a description of all the techs being dispatched including photos and background information. The techs arrived as stated. My furnace was over 50 years old and in poor shape. The job site was prepared and all the old components were removed leaving the site as clean or cleaner than when they started.
