Scott showed up that same day and did an excellent job on a very challenging project, which involved climbing a tall ladder and wiring a new outlet in a tight space. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."
