"I planned to change out my old standard water heater with a tankless unit some time this year. Got an ad last month advertising JL Anderson does this so out of curiosity I called for an estimate and met with Richard a few days later. I didn't realize until speaking with them this new style requires slightly different venting and plumbing but Anderson could oversee the whole thing. Because they handled the entire installation of my HVAC system a few years back and did a great job I knew they'd be perfect to do this install. We're loving this new system already and can't wait to see the benefits it shows over time. Once again they were great to show me my options, explain the process and provide a quick/simple install (only took a few hours-thanks Curtis!). I called them a few days later with a question unique to my situation-Joe took my call and was very helpful-just as he was years ago. Total experience went smooth and I'm confident they back up whatever they do. I highly recommend JL Anderson-you'll be happy with their work!"

"I am so happy that I decided to hire Rich to install my new a/c and furnace. I had called another company to give me a quote and decided to call Rich as well. Rich came out the same day and quoted me $2k less than the other company WITH a better furnace and a/c! During install my son let the cat in the room where my furnace was being installed, while Rich was outside, and my cat ran into the duct and we did not know. After my furnace was finished being installed Rich noticed my cat had snuck inside. Even though this set him back an hour, because he had to take it apart and then put it back together to get the cat out, he did not let me pay him extra or even seem upset by it. He just wanted to make sure the cat was okay. I don't usually write reviews but I had to after this! My a/c is running great and my house cools off much faster now."

"We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. Feeling frustrated, I contacted James at North Alabama Technical Services and explained our situation. He instantly came to our rescue. He "cleaned-up" our computers and took care of all the problems we were experiencing. He went above and beyond to help us in our dire time of need. "Me Neil Masten was very professional and yet also very personable .It really was His goal to treat the customer like he would his own family. He is genuine and cares About the Customer.He really wants their end results to be exactly what they we’re hoping for. Or exceedingly better. I was very impressed with how quickly the windows were put in by Tommy and Greg and how they also were very professional and courteous. Tommy tooK time to make sure I knew how to operate the new windows. Neil came back and did a walk through and provided The most exciting News: my encasement windows Could be cleaned from inside the house and he personally cleaned a couple to show how easily it can de done!!!? I definitely would recommend Mr Neil Masten and company plus Barrier Windows . Already have to one Dear Friend. Oh yes, he came very highly recommended by My Brother.."
