"We had three quotes for a new HVAC system since ours was original to the house (22 years old) and was failing.   They were middle of the road in price but were by far the most honest, fair and knowledgeable.   He could have easily recommended us replacing our evaporator coils that are 4 years old but he said we might as well save $2500 by keeping the ones we have since they are fine and use the new refrigerant.   He took the time to explain each system and what he would recommend for our house based on the readings he took.   He was the only one who actually measured our house and looked at our vents vs the others who just quoted based on what we previously had.   On the day of installation, they were on time and finished the job in 5 hours.   They were clean, efficient and professional.   We had used them previously for spring and fall maintenance and we will continue to do so...and will recommend them to anyone."

"I can't say enough good things about these guys! They provided same-day service (at end of June!) when the largest AC Service provider (you would recognize their name) could not schedule an appointment less than 10 days out. On top of that, Prime AC ended up replacing a 2.5 year old system which the "largest AC Service provider" installed previously which had a 1-year labor warranty. Watch out for those 1-year labor warranties, because it means the provider has no confidence in what they are installing! Prime AC recommended a solution to address the specific needs of my problem with a ten-year warranty, parts AND LABOR! They were very thorough with the install and the system works great. I would recommend this company to anyone experiencing AC issues. They are honest, hard-working, and reasonable...nice to see that still exists in some AC companies."

"Metro Air did an excellent job! I highly recommend this company, especially Ron, my technician. At first I thought i just needed Freon , then thought it was a bad capacitor, come to find out I needed a whole new outside unit. The price was on the higher end of the spectrum when I googled comparable pricing, however the customer service I received was excellent. All care was kept in keeping my home, inside and outside, clean and tidy. Ron was prompt and pleasant to work with. They work on Sundays, and came out immediately when I called with my air troubles. I got a call within about 15 minutes or searching for providers. They had a tech out the next day to diagnose the problem; two days later, they were back out again to fix it. The techs are knowledgeable about appliances and our issue was resolved in the same week we called for help. Overall i am happy with the service. Some feedback for American Air-Customs, Inc.: I asked the tech to call me with the cost of the replacement part before coming out to perform the repair, I did not receive this call. When he showed up to repair the oven, he had the part in hand. Fortunately we wound up not needing it at all, but that could have turned into a very uncomfortable conversation. I also did not receive a phone call from the tech or dispatch with a date or time window for when they showed up to fix the problem (after the initial diagnosis). Zac has outstanding superior advanced technical understanding of these complex systems including my one system with complex iHarmony zoning features. He made wiring improvements to prevent irregularities and glitches in the future.
