The manual furnace damper allowed us to adjust the flow of the furnace output to equalize the temps in each area of the home. They consistently kept me updated on what was going on and explained everything they were doing in detail. If there was something I didn't understand, they happily explained what they were doing. I searched for the furnace repair company after lunch time on Angie's website and found Earthwise heating and cooling. I sent a request to them around 2 pm. I got a phone call from them within 10 minutes. I was told he would send a technician within one hour. Thomas arrived around 3pm to take a look at the furnace. He found a dusty sensor and recommended to do the general furnace maintenance which cost as much as the visit. He was pretty professional and knowledgeable. Whole experience was great! It's little after 4 pm now. I can't believe that I am already writing a review of the company. I definitely recommend Earthwise Heating and Cooling."
