"As always, Mr. Duct kept in touch before hand, showed up absolutely on time, worked efficiently, and charged a very fair modest rate. The technician also noticed one or two things that we were trying to deal with (other than the furnace) and offered solutions with the equipment on hand. Saved us another call to another place!
