"Very quick, fixed within a half hour and we have heat again. I recommend them very highly. Have a problem? Hire them. Update 12/27. So, the system failed Christmas Eve. They came out and got it running but it was on its last legs. We got a quote, scheduled the replacement for the day after Christmas. That morning they showed up with the new system and we had heat by the afternoon. They came back the next day and installed the outdoor AC unit. I could not be happier with the pricing and service. I will say it again if you have a problem hire these folks."

"Our furnace and air-conditioning system in our home was almost 23 years old and this winter the furnace started having issues. I have used Sucoy and air in the past for air-conditioning repairs and I liked the way they did their work. They explained exactly what was going on and what it would take to fix it without trying to upsell me or cut corners. So I knew when I needed to replace my HVAC system at some point I wanted to use this company. They're a small business and locally owned and operated. The two technicians that came out to replace my system did a fantastic job. I have an attic installation for my furnace unit so I know it's not an easy job to do. They were efficient, courteous, and kept us informed the whole way. They did a little things like making sure to put on shoe covers every time they came inside the house and making sure to tarp over clothes in the closet where the access door was for the attic. The carrier system that they installed comes with a 10 year parts warranty and a 20 year heat exchanger warranty. They also provide free maintenance for up to a year as part of the installation. "The team came out on short notice and was able to get our HVAC system up and running. They were able to trace a problem of a short on a wire at heat pump, then found that this had also shorted out the defrost board, which in turn fried the transformer and thermostat. Instead of giving up and telling us to get a new unit they traced all the issues. They did an amazing Job."
