"Gil, RAF and Luis installed a new Lenox furnace/AC in my condo yesterday. They were here on time, worked quickly and were done earlier than I expected. All my interactions with them were informative and friendly and at the conclusion of the installation they took the time to show me, and explain to me what they had done. The new thermostat is a bit of a challenge, but they got me started in the setup process so that I could complete it. Before they left they thoroughly cleaned the areas they had worked in and traveled through. You will be very fortunate if you get this crew to install your new furnace."

"Called them on a Saturday, they came by with in 3 hours. They gave me a quote for new boiler said the can install it on Wednesday. Job was done, great work.. The only complaint I have is that it's been 2 weeks and the old boiler is still sitting in my backyard, not happy about that, was told twice I'll get this week then the following week. Job is incomplete... And still waiting for my receipt..."

"They did a great job from when I was researching generators to the complete installation of the Kohler generation by Premier Generator. Paul was very helpful and informative. They communicate with you about when things are going to be done, they clean up after every step and once the installation is complete their job is not over. A technician come for the final step of going over the system completely to make sure you understand how to operate the system and that you are comfortable doing so. They also tell you to call with any questions, any time! The customer service is unbelievable - no matter who I have spoken with, from the owner, to the technicians and of course the wonderful office manager Jean!
