"Arrived at 9:30 am. Installation went smoothly. They took away the old system. Very happy with the new Carrier system. They showed me how to program the digital thermostat. I was without AC for a week because my old AC's condenser coil had a leak in the aluminum part. My condenser was mismatched with my air handler/evaporator so the whole system needed to be replaced. These guys did a great job and cleaned up the work debris after."

I called Prestige for a 2nd opinion, and they said my compressor was not the problem. They also told me that my system was still under the manufacturers warranty. "We've been without A/C for a month trying to deal with our home warranty company (we actually placed the initial service call November 1 it's now December 3). I had enough of dealing with waiting for them to get their stuff together and my fiancé finally called True Breeze Heating and Cooling, LLC. and told them we needed a new compressor for our unit. Anyways, these guys, Tiwayne and Aaron, showed up the next day with the correct parts and got it working! We live in a condo and there was a hick-up with the insurance paperwork. These two gentlemen waited around for 3 hours until the paperwork finally came through. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate Tiwayne and Aaron! With all the BS that we've been dealing with the other company and the fact that while they were working on fixing out A/C I was coming home from surgery. These guys really saved the day. Thank you so much! Also , it's worth mentioning that these guys didn't try to upsell us on anything or tell us that the entire unit needed to be replaced. These were simply two honest and hardworking guys!"

The young man that came to our home was very knowledgeable and quick to find the problem with our AC (He even wore booties when he came in) He advised me on what the problem was and even told me how to prevent it in the future, furthermore he checked on the heater and other parts, to make sure they were up to date an working fine! "Fantastic experience. My AC stopped working last Thursday afternoon and CoolAir came the next day in the morning (very fast response). They replaced the Capacitor and the unit started working immediately. In addition, on my request, they replaced a UV light Bulb I had installed in the past (best for cleaner air and allergies).
