"My computer (Windows XP) was running very slow and had become almost inoperable. It was taking a very long time to process anything, especially anything to do with the internet. IE was taking 100% of the cpu most of the time. Jim worked on my computer remotely for several days defragging, cleaning, anti-virus, malware, etc., but could not get it to perform anywhere near where it should. We decided that I needed a new computer. Jim built me a new computer (Windows 7 with racing stripes). The new system works very well and I am pleased with it. When Jim switched my files over from old to new, the Kodak Easy-Share program with my pictures did not get transferred. He has promised to make that transfer when he installs a new door covering the DVD reader which was broken upon setup. I will update this review when this occurs. I am very pleased with the new system and would do it all over again if a similar situation were present.

"Three years ago, we had Mitchell's install an AC/heat pump system in our home. They were prompt and honest on pricing and installation. We had no complaints and the system has worked well since installation. Last year we had Mitchell's spec out and install a new boiler with added hot water heater capabilities. We added a water softener system for good measure. They did great work at a fair price and were more than accountable when we had to call them back for a small issue. I have no complaints and would refer them for any heating or cooling needs."
