"I have had Guerrero's out to several of our residential properties over the years. This company has replaced two units for us. A ground unit and a roof unit. They have also replaced old thermostats with new eco friendly ones and fixed other problems like a dead capacitor (took 15 minutes to diagnose), bad board, etc., very quickly and for a reasonable price. They show up at the time they say they will show up. That means a lot to us. I absolutely do not want to be waisting hours of my time waiting on a contractor that may be running late but doesn't have the decency to call me. "Before doing job, they performed a thermal inspection showing all the air leaks from construction seams of the skylights, spotlight canisters and vaulted ceilings. All the air gaps were sealed before adding the eco-friendly insulation and improving thermal efficiency. After job we noticed improved air tightness of house and less cycling of hvac systems and lower utility bills."

"Ken is like a savior. He is a very hard worker. Very knowledgeable, kind and caring. In 2 and one half hours, he took apart my gas wall furnace and completely cleaned it. He replaced the thermocoupler. Bell Brothers had come out and didn't even take the time to look to see what was wrong with it and said for $2000 they could fix it and for $4,000 they could replace the unit. Ken was very concerned about the safety features of the gas wall furnace and had me place my carbon monoxide detector closer to the unit. In the future I will probably have him install a mini split heater air conditioner. My dad was a Ken."
