So when the furnace started shutting off, I called Sullivan again. The guy said it was a fuse. He replaced the fuse, charged me $95 and left. Half an hour later, it failed again. He came back again, replaced the fuse again and told me it definitely wasn't the furnace and that I needed an electrician. My general contractor for some other work sent another furnace company over and they fixed it in five minutes (it was the furnace) and told me why it could not possibly have been a fuse or an electrical problem. So I called Sullivan back because they guarantee satisfaction and asked for my money back since it was not what they said and because they left me sitting here in 10 degree weather with no heat.
