He allowed me to watch as he explained the various tests of the air conditioning that he was doing and he also described some of the previous experiences he has had with air conditioning systems. He seemed very knowledgeable and experienced. He finished the air conditioning maintenance check within one hour. She was very helpful and with Wes the technician who discovered a capacitor in one of the units that was about to fail. He installed a new one in a very professional manner. "They come out and do the service okay. They are too pushy to try and sell you on a new heating system. You can make an appointment for a new system and they don't come out. They're known to be high. I think they are high. When they come out, they will call you ahead of time."
