"My family was very pleased with the service from this company. Mo was very forthcoming in explaining the problems with our furnace, as well as the options. We were able to make a decision about replacing the unit without the pressure that some companies employ. A very clear proposal and estimate was sent and the work was scheduled. They came when they said they were coming and It took three people to remove and replace the furnace over 2 days in the bitter cold. They were very conscious about cleaning up during and after they completed the installation. The thermostats also needed replacements and we had a problem due to the wiring. However, Mo found a suitable upgraded replacements and installed them as scheduled. (In the meantime the heat was working.) The Heating and Cooling Pros company is an excellent company and I highly recommend them."

"Mr park was very knowledgeable and after trying to fix a 40 year old gas furnace I decided to replace it because its my 90 year old mothers house . 3 years ago it broke down and now at the worst time . Park and his team took all day to complete the job and came back to install a WiFi themastat so I can control the heat as my mother has memory issues. "Eric came and supervised the entire job. The installers were clearly very experienced and knowledgeable. It was by far the best price we could find. Every step of the way, if they ran into a problem, they addressed it without complaint and with professionalism and efficiency. They had to cut out pieces of our walls in order to access the drain lines and were incredibly generous by saving the pieces and getting a person to come and patch the drywall without an extra charge. Now all we have to do is paint. They also cleaned up incredibly well. I am not exaggerating when I say Eric was washing the floor with a cloth on his hands and knees. We have had so many problems with this HVAC system because we inherited a badly installed low quality system and I'm so relieved to now have a high quality professionally done system with a warranty in hand!
