He was very knowledgeable and gave me options for different units. I saw him measure at least twice and used a level to ensure everything was level. I loved his attention to detail. Two days later, two very competent fellows came out and got the hot water working, but they had to return the following day to flush the system. turns out they didn't carry the kit to flush the system. All the people involved were very pleasant to work with."
