"I needed a main breaker replacement. After speaking with half a dozen electricians/companies, all claimed one of the following after explaining to them that i needed the main breaker replaced... 1. The box was too old and that breaker was no longer available -- need to upgrade the whole panel. 2. You need to upgrade from 100 amp to 200 -- need to rewire the whole system. 3. It will cost almost $200 just for us to show up and diagnose the problem. After speaking with Paul, it was obvious even over the phone that he was the straightest shooter of the bunch, and just a genuine nice guy. Both of these things turned out to be true. I texted him pictures of the breaker box, and he let me know over the phone that the breaker in question could be replaced "no problem". He showed up a few days later and did exactly that. If I ever need electrical work in the future, I will definitely call him first."
