"Great. I wanted to replace my oil furnace with a system that does both heating and cooling. They came by, did measurements, and presented some options. I chose the Mitsubishi mini split system because I have a large house and don't need to heat or cool all of it all the time. They installed in a day. "This company has been consistently good for me and my house in the last 11 years. Having to deal with changing a furnace, a water heater, and last week a heat pump , is not for the faint of heart. I have to say, John and Debbie made it relatively painless. They worked on my timetable and were very accommodating. Most of the technicians that installed my furnace 11 years ago are still there. Those guys are fast and efficient. AND they clean up after themselves! Which is something I can't say about the electrician, the roof people, the window replacement guys I've had to deal with. "I got prompt service when I called to have my furnace serviced & to inquire about completing installation of air conditioning. I found out my electrostatic filters were not working, so I will use disposable air filters until I need to replace my furnace. At that time, I will probably go with a heat pump system. Eli is a very nice young man who explained everything to us to help us make decisions regarding our heat and air filtering system. Would hire again!"

"Rob came out to review our existing system and helped us figure out what kind and brand of heat pump would work best with our system. He was very patient and informative, and answered all our questions without any pressure or up-sells (we had quotes from five providers). We signed the contract and payed our deposit in June 2021, but unfortunately global supply chain issues delayed the parts being received. Day & Nite were communicative of the issue and offered several alternatives, including a refund of the deposit. We opted to wait for the parts. It took four months, but the techs (lead by Jeff B) were fantastic and very accommodating in how we wanted piping and wiring routed. We are very pleased with how it's turned out and loved working with a local (and family owned!) company! Our gas water heater is due for replacement soon, and we'll be coming back to Day & Nite for that!"
