The man who installed it and had been servicing it was too busy to come for a week. I called MSD and was given an appointment for 8 AM the next morning. We were able to make a decision about replacing the unit without the pressure that some companies employ. A very clear proposal and estimate was sent and the work was scheduled. They came when they said they were coming and It took three people to remove and replace the furnace over 2 days in the bitter cold. They were very conscious about cleaning up during and after they completed the installation. The thermostats also needed replacements and we had a problem due to the wiring. However, Mo found a suitable upgraded replacements and installed them as scheduled. (In the meantime the heat was working.)
