"Fantastic. Noticed when I got home from work one evening that the first story of my home was not cool. AC had been on all day, but air temp was 78 degrees. I called Cooling Technicians and Adam came to diagnose the problem the next morning. His troubleshooting was very thorough and the problem was quickly isolated to a faulty compressor. "Weâ ve used Nickâ s. Plumbing for years. We moved recently and needed to replace the HVAC system. They started at 8am on Saturday and stayed until everything was installed at 11pm. There was a large firmware download that was required and there was still an estimated 2 hours left before the download was complete. They were willing to stay but I sent them home. The download finished but there was a problem preventing the unit from starting. Even though they do not normally work on Sunday Leonard came to our house and fixed the problem. He could have waited until Monday but we would have had a hot Sunday. Thatâ s customer service."
