"Our upstairs heating wasn’t working. I called around 3am left a voice message. They returned my call when they opened around 8:30am. The serviceman Ralph’s arrived around 1pm. He examined the system explained the problem 2nd floor air bound. He bleed the system. Part of the system was frozen. He explained the process told us to wait 24 hours to see if it thawed naturally which it did. He didn’t try to upsell the service. We were pleased with the results and will continue to use this service company for our maintenance needs in the fut"

The installation went flawlessly until the final testing showed a defect in the heating portion of one unit. Jonathan Moya, owner, stuck with the problem and persevered until tech support came to our home and determined that it was equipment failure. The manufacturer replaced the defective outdoor compressor and the system works flawlessly today. My hat goes off to Johnathan who didn't give up. He is competent, honest and reliable."
