"Very professional and great customer service. Paid attention to every detail. HVAC system runs great. Explained the logic behind the equipment sizing, if we had gone with their competition Iâ m afraid we would have gotten an inferior system ."

"I had the best experience with H2Bros Plumbing and Heating. I hired them to install Navien combi unit to replace my old boiler and water heater. Genaro and Javin were very knowledgeable, professional, and polite from the start. They did an awesome job by installing all the needed parts by the code and very neat. Even though I know some plumbing companies cut corners and not install all additional components that recommended by Navien. Very reasonably priced for the job they did. I would definitely recommend them for similar jobs or any plumbing and heating projects. Please see the photo of the finished job for yourself."

"Our 35+ year old furnace went out last November. Artur came and evaluated our systems. We ended up installing 2 new HVAC systems. He was very thorough and explained everything, answering all our questions. The installation was on time and the crew was very competent but also neat, thoughtful and polite. The best part: our system since we bought our house was never optimal despite lots of companies working on it over the years but now for the first time, I can say WE ARE TRULY COMFORTABLE WITH THE TEMPERATURE IN OUR HOME. When the A/C is on, it is perfect and when the heat is on we are warm. I strongly recommend this company. You will be satisfied!"

"I needed a new hot water heater. I found out about Right-On Home Improvements and Plumbing through Home Advisor. The customer reviews were very good...very positive. My review will be the same. Dave and William were both professional and personable. When they came for the estimate, they spoke with me, not down to me. They listened to what my needs were and observed the work area. Within 10 minutes, they had a plan and an approximate price ( The official estimate was e-mailed to me very promptly). The work ethic and the quality workmanship were excellent! Great approach (here is the job...lets get it completed.) I worked in industrial construction for 40 years and I can tell a lot about people by the way they conduct themselves. William and Dave...wonderful! When they were finished (within the time frame that they had given me), the area was totally cleaned of any debris and the water heater operated and looked great. This is very important! The cost of the complete installation was exactly the estimate price. No extras...no add -ons. I could not have asked for a better experience...from estimate through installation. I would not hesitate to use Right-On in the future. Well done!"

"Today, Air Experts replaced the 2nd-floor HVAC system (furnace, coil and condenser) of our home. Sales/point-person Neil Prasad did a great job answering all the questions/concerns my wife and I raised, and finalizing the contract. Heâ  s very responsive, courteous and focused on client satisfaction throughout the process. He gave us 4 options from which we picked a good enough Rheem system with a 10-year labor warranty. The price was less than what a competitor offered with even a shorter warranty. The zero-interest, 18-months financing was a huge benefit. Doug delivered the parts early, while installer Edik, assisted by Arthur finished the job in the promised 6-hours. Edik was able to answer all my questions and demonstrated how to change the filter and operate on the thermostat in a clear manner. I highly recommend Air Experts, Nealâ  s and Edikâ  s work. They know their stuff and were able to get things done, with minimal hassle."

"Excellent. on time arrival, neat work and cleanup. Right price for well-known brand system and installation. Ken is a very good communicator by phone or email. Brother Joe is very experienced and did the job - really focused on the work - doesn't spend time chatting on the phone while trying to work. Answered all my questions. Had my new system up and running by afternoon. We are contracting with Ken for a new furnace - the present one has a rusted heat exchanger, revealed when old system removed. He proposed the right price for equipment to serve our needs."
Converting from an oil furnace to an electric furnace isn't a simple swap—the oil system needs to be completely removed before installing the electric furnace. You'll need a full electric system installation, but you might be able to reuse existing ductwork if it's up to current safety standards. You’ll need to budget for a new electric furnace installation, which costs between $1,800 and $6,200, including professional removal, proper disposal, and safe installation of the new system.
Electric furnaces are 100% efficient at converting electricity into heat. However, some of that heat can be lost as it travels through your home's ductwork or escapes through poorly insulated areas. That's why regular duct maintenance and proper home insulation are important to maximize your furnace's efficiency and reduce heat loss, ensuring consistent warmth and lower energy costs.
With proper maintenance, an electric furnace can last anywhere from 20 to 30 years, outlasting the average gas furnace's lifespan of 15 to 20 years. To keep your electric furnace running efficiently, schedule regular cleanings, tighten connections, and have inspections done before winter arrives. With routine maintenance, you’ll ensure consistent, safe heating for years to come.
The size of the electric furnace you need depends on factors like your home's square footage, climate, and insulation quality. As a general guideline, those who live in warmer climates should multiply their square footage by 30 to 35 BTUs, while those in cooler areas should multiply it by 50 to 60 BTUs.
Consulting with an HVAC professional can help you determine the exact size that's right for your home.
An electric furnace works by converting electricity into heat using high-resistance heating elements. A blower then pushes the warm air through your home's ductwork, distributing heat evenly throughout your space. Since there's no combustion involved, electric furnaces eliminate the risks associated with gas furnaces and provide consistent, reliable heating when properly installed.
An electric furnace uses between 40 and 80 kilowatts per day to heat your home. The exact amount it uses depends on factors like your home's size, insulation, and overall energy requirements. Larger homes or those with poor insulation use more energy than smaller, well-insulated spaces. A professional furnace assessment can help confirm the ideal unit size for your needs.
