"Fantastic!!! I've had issues with my heat pump in previous years. Sometimes it would work correctly,sometimes it would not. This past winter the heat went completely out and I was forced to use space heaters all winter long. In the past I've had several repairmen come to my house to figure out what was wrong with my heat pump(big name and no name)They all told me nothing was wrong with it, and each one charged me $70,$80,$90 for the service fee.
