George helped us upgrade to a Goodman heat pump, move the furnace to the attic (we gained a closet!), and add ceiling returns to improve airflow. He listened carefully, offered smart options, and never pushed. George and his apprentice were calm and friendly — even with our very loud dogs. Install day had a couple hiccups: gates and doors left open, and a heavy storage bin left on the attic drywall (thankfully it didn’t fall through). But George’s follow-through made the difference. He answered all my (many) questions, came back to double-check everything, and even threw in a thermostat due to scheduling delays. He’s also helping us navigate rebates like HEERHA to reduce the total cost. The system’s only been in a short while, but already feels quieter and more balanced. "The blower motor on my furnace went out. Every company I asked for a quote told me I needed to replace the entire furnace and quoted me thousands of dollars to do so.
