"We did not realize our steam furnace was cracked and suffered all winter for 3yrs thinking it was hour radiators malfunctioning. The gas company sent out there 3rd party boiler people they were nice but real expensive. My husband said he would check on home advisor and we found Steve Rossi. He came out worked with my husband on what he could do and what the price would be for everything. He was 1214.00 less then the other company. Now you know saving money is a GOOD thing. I got out of work early to help my husband he just got off work and needed sleep. The first man to arrive was Mark. What a wonderful man. Laid down cloths and paper so not to dirty my carpet. Explained that his job was to remove the old furnace and he did just that in no time at all. Cleaned up his part of my basement so no debris was left. Then Todd and Steve came in to assist him with the heavy parts. Then they picked up where Mark left off. They installed my new furnace I was worried cause my pipes had asbestos on them they said not an issue we work around them. That saved me another 3000.00 The job was finished and they cleaned the basement up so it looked like they were not here. My new furnace looked wonderful. Best of all it works great. I asked him to come upstairs and make sure before he left that the heat was making it up there as well. Once he showed me the furnace and how to maintain it we went up stairs and checked my 3 bedrooms and bathroom. All were working perfectly. You have to invest in your home saving 4214.00 total was awesome. I love the 3 personalities and how well they work together. As a woman I felt very safe in knowing they know there business inside and out. (my son moved out cause it was so cold now we have heat No you can't come back lol) SO if your house is cold as mine was and you are looking to save more money than you think you can and make that investment in your home you need to call the 3 heating guys. Steve also informed me any issues or questions after he leaves call if he needs to come back for any reason it would be only a phone call away. THey were scheduled to get here at 730am until 430pm they came in at 7;25am and were done at 230pm. They set extra time aside for issues that may pop up.
