George helped us upgrade to a Goodman heat pump, move the furnace to the attic (we gained a closet!), and add ceiling returns to improve airflow. He listened carefully, offered smart options, and never pushed. George and his apprentice were calm and friendly — even with our very loud dogs. Install day had a couple hiccups: gates and doors left open, and a heavy storage bin left on the attic drywall (thankfully it didn’t fall through). But George’s follow-through made the difference. He answered all my (many) questions, came back to double-check everything, and even threw in a thermostat due to scheduling delays. "This company and Pete specifically is outstanding. I was able to get a same day appointment and my elderly mother s furnace was fixed at a very reasonable price. We were told by the Gas Co and another contractor that it needed to be replaced. Turns out it was getting no electricity so Pete reset electrical breaker then did some minor repairs and got it going. Others told us to hire an electrician and walked away. Would definitely recommend this firm. In my opinion Pete went the extra mile to get the job done. Thank you!!"
