"Wow. Talk about responsive and professional. My heat pump fan wasn't working and our Boxers were overheating. I called Williams H and C, talked to a professional  assistant  who relayed the message to Billy Williams. I got a call back in 2 minutes. Billy said he'd be there this afternoon ( I called at 2 pm). Within an hour or so he arrived and fixed the problem right away. He also ran multiple other checks on the system to make sure I was all set to go, pointing out a couple concerns I may have in the future (evap coil rusting out).
