He had a replacement on hand, though the issue was the fan as well. Travis made sure to keep me informed of parts availability (fan vendor closed on weekends), and text me updates. If his arrival time changed, he made sure to let me know. The new fan is more powerful, to provide better cooling. He noticed my refrigerant pressure was low as well, and made sure to fill it up. "I made the reservation on line a few days in advance.  There is a glitch in their credit payment system.  So, I had to do it over later on the phone. 
We chose Lisa?s Elite Sedans LLC because being late for our flight was just not acceptable.  Missing this flight would have meant missing the boat sailing in Vancouver. 
Boris called the next day after I made the reservation to be sure we were squared away.  We were picked up at 3AM but were not charged for a before/after hours premium.  The $72 was the total bill.   That was only a few dollars more than Red Top would have been.
Boris was fifteen minutes early, helpful and professional.  We were delivered safely and on time.
