"Home Comfort Systems was professional, honest and fairly priced. Steve Bilica (owner) came out to give me an estimate on a new furnace. He made me feel comfortable, which is important to me as a single woman. His estimate was the lowest of three I obtained ($4150) and he was so honest, he advised that my current unit didn’t need replacing yet. (The only reason I was getting estimates was because some other cut-throat company told me I needed a new one...for $11k!!...due to a cracked heat exchanger. However, all the other companies I contacted for estimates said I did NOT have a cracked heat exchanger.) I decided not to get a new furnace in the end. It’s been running great, although I did need a new blower motor about five months after the estimate, so Jeff D installed it for me ($385). Way cheaper than a whole new unit, so I’m happy. I’ll definitely go with this company again for repairs and when it’s time for a new furnace."

"We were having issues with our current furnace and decided to purchase new equipment versus putting repair money into an obsolete one. Due to the unreliability of the old unit, we wanted the new furnace/AC installed before we went on vacation.  They arrived on time, and completed the work in the time frame promised. All the work was done to the highest quality, and exactly as promised. This work was done on a cold day, and with over a foot of snow around the house, including around the old air conditioner. With the cold temps, we were very happy the total job was done in about 6 hours. The equipment is working extremely well. TR Miller took away all the old equipment, and did a good job of explaining the operation of the new furnace, thermostat, humidifier, and air cleaner. I would highly recommend this company for any heating and cooling work.

"On Friday, Oct. 2, 2020, three young men came to install my new electric heating/cooling system. (Lennox Air Handler CBA25UH-036 and Lennox 13ACXN-036) They called before they came and came on time, as well. They were friendly and polite and were very respectful of my property and put down floor coverings over my carpeting. They all wore shoe coverings and masks (due to Covid-19). One man worked out on my deck installing the air conditioner, and mainly one other young man worked on installing the furnace with the assistance of one of the men at times. It seemed like one of the three men was in training. Due to the fact that the new furnace was rather large for the small closet area where it needed to fit in to, the young man who was mainly installing the furnace was able to overcome the challenges that he faced with the help of one of the other men and he was able to fit it in. Thankfully they did not need to drill any extra holes into the ceiling or walls to install the furnace and I was very thankful for that! They were there for at least eight hours. I was hoping that I would finally have heat that day, but I was told that the heat exchange part was cracked and they would have to send someone else out to install the new part. Before leaving, they cleaned up everything and did not leave anything at all behind for me to deal with. They also ran the air conditioner for quite some time to make sure that it was working properly, which I was thankful for because it's very important for technicians to make sure that each job is done properly before moving on to the next one. Since the job was not yet completed I only paid a little over half of the price that was due to be paid and would pay the remaining amount when the job was completely done. A woman from Four Seasons Customer Service called me later that day letting me know that someone could come that night between 9p.m. and midnight, but I chose to wait until the next day for someone to come out to install the part. She was very pleasant and helpful. On Saturday, October 3, 2020, technician, Santino M. called to let me know that he would arrive at my home soon to install the part. He was also very respectful of my home and wore shoe coverings (as well as a mask). He was very friendly, kind, and caring and did an excellent job of installing the new part. He carefully read the instructions and checked and rechecked all the wiring to make sure that everything was installed properly. It was a blessing to finally have heat! He made sure that my furnace was working well for me before he left and he also gave me helpful tips, providing me with some information that I needed to make sure that my system would work well for me for many years to come. He provided excellent customer service to me, as well, going above and beyond normal good customer service by taking a few extra minutes and leading me step by step in applying for my Lennox warranty online before he left. I would definitely give Santino M. a five plus star rating on his installation and for his kindness and excellent customer service! Thank you so much, Santino! As a whole I was very satisfied with the service that I received from Four Seasons Heating And Air Conditioning in Chicago. Although I was very concerned at first after reading some of the reviews regarding what some customers experienced dealing with other Four Seasons Heating And Air Conditioning companies in other areas, so far I have found this Chicago based company to be very caring about their customers and they seem to do their very best to provide fair and affordable prices for their customers and very good customer service. I did sign up for the extended 12 year warranty, so if I do have any issues in the future with this company I will update this review to express any concerns that I may have."

"Bought Amana (Single Stage) HVAC System. Our old American Standard HVAC broke. They came in 2 weeks before and replaced the Gas Valve for $600 and 2 weeks later that broke too because of the electric board. They convinced us that instead of spending more money on parts that may also break later it's better to buy a new HVAC system. They recommended Amana dual stage - Variable system but next day they called that it was a mistake to recommend that because it doesn't exist in 15" size, so now they recommended Single stage and lower the price by $500. Not only that, but they helped us and went out of way to accommodate us with price. Likewise, they fixed it during Thanksgiving weekend."
